I. Obsessed: fixated, fanatical, passionate

VFJ latest obsession: PEOPLE, PLACES OR THING

This crazy little thing called LIFE.

If you really know me you are aware my name “AISHA” means LIFE – in Swahili.

Go figure why I am always pushing the envelope of my pure existence to live each day to the max- taking risks and being unconventional.  I have experienced first hand that taking your life and owning it is both liberating and intoxicating. However some of us are stagnant and complacent with mediocrity.

People on today I permit you and permit yourself to LIVE right, now-

Give yourself permission to grow and live in greatness to reach your fullest potential, daily because our days are numbered.  We must grant ourselves permission to be products of our own expectations – no one else.  What people think of you is they’re own BUSINESS.

Love your life  not the life you dream for but the LIFE you live now. Absolutely no regrets.  Maybe  I have just one… I will never try and put out anymore damn fires again!

“Teachers and leaders should teach students the truth of who they are” –  Maya Angelou (one of my mentors).

II. Addicted: enthusiastic, captivated, keenoth

VFJ latest addiction: Is LOVE

Oh yeah addicted to LOVE.

Love of self

Love of those who have harmed you and I- forgive them. It is a burden lifted off your shoulders.

Loving the feeling of being love and supported.

Being open to LOVE – most times we deny it because we’ve never experienced it.

Love is contagious. Try it for yourself you’ll see.

Today unlike my early 20’s I love the imperfect perfectionist I have come to be with all my idiosyncrasies. When you know better you do better.

“What is real is who you are” Oprah Winfrey

life is love and love liberates it doesn’t bind us
