Singer, Harpist, and Songwriter and native Washingtonian.

At 11, most girls are singing along to Hanna Montana returns. But at age 11, she composed her first song. The young artist didn’t have much choice with her father being a jazz guitarist, he put instruments in her and her six siblings’ hands before they started kindergarten.  At age 10, her moms vision was her with a harp. She wasn’t thrilled however, after her first lesson she fell in love. The affair blossomed, and the native devoted her life to signing and playing the harp professionally.

She grew up studying harp with the D.C. Youth Orchestra, and seeing concerts at  the Kennedy Center.  She draws inspiration from so many home-grown performers such as the late Marvin Gaye to Chuck Brown but its Stevie Wonder who captivates her. Her first cover son she learned to sing and play was “If It’s Magic” from his Songs in the Key of Life.
